Within 10 days of delivery please call 206-244-0500 for return authorization number. Any return or exchange item must be in original condition and contain all original packaging. Please enclose the purchase invoice, a note describing the reason for your return/exchange, along with your address and a daytime phone number. Pending inspection of the damaged goods with valid return authorization number, an exchange of equal or lesser value or merchandise credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including tax whenever applicable. Source 4 Design is not responsible for shipping fees in any return case; shipping fees are non-refundable.
